In the course of my work I can across a solution where companies contributed their KPI information and get back data on how their compare with their peers. This membership based solution ensured accurate stats while maintaining annonymity.
Thus was born my idea of a similar eb site for individuals. If a person joined he could compare where he stood vs his. Peers. This is not just for data like salary, but information like money spent on entertianment for example

Employee Frequent Flyer Program

What if we could extend the same features of the Frequent Flyer program to the employees. As they do work they get allocated points which can be used by the employees to avail of services. This would not only lead to a motivated work force but would also allow for instant recognition of the employees.
The manager would also have a say in rewarding performance and they would not have to wait for the half yearly or yearly reviews
